Through the Service, you may: browse courses ("Courses"), programmes comprising a series of related courses ("Programmes"), and other content (collectively with Courses and Programmes, "Offerings") offered by Talk Nova, our members (as defined below, section 1.2), Talk Nova. (the parent company of Talk Nova) and Talk Nova's subsidiaries.

18.1 Generally. Except as described in Section 18.2 (Exceptions) and 18.3 (Opt-Out), you and Talk Nova agree that every dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Service, or communications from us will be resolved through binding arbitration in the UK.
19.1 General Terms. These Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Honour Code and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms, are the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Talk Nova regarding your use of the Service.
